Comments made about prior long campaigns and the RFK tragedy have been flung around to the point of a mania.

  Now as to the orgy of HRC bashing that has gone on at various blogs since Friday at the enraged level, the hyberbole over the top level, and diaries and frontpage stories have repeated the worst accusations and vitriol, well, I have a reservation:

 That all this anger and constant venting towards Clinton will transfer in sufficient amount to her supporters or people who voted her before getting to know the alternatives.  And now her most frenzied supporters are playing the martydom role, as if all this indignation with Clinton and her campaign some how has a simple, single cause of "We don't like her". Not true.

Stop hitting our diarists (Alegre Part 2)

 I am going to share two items with you, one is my corrected reply to why I am doing what I am doing and extending an invitation (in the unity spirit) for Alegre to come back and post.

It may well be a bit early, but I don't think so. The door is open.  I want those exacerbating the splits among our Democrats to be marginalized or reined in. So that means I don't want yet another list of transgressions and excuses why we can't be allies posted to this . If you can't accept what I am trying to do, or simply don't want to hear it please just say "No" and move on. I heard plenty yesterday. (more)

I posted this in the main on the daily Kos site just a minute ago.  A commentor suggested since Alegre isn't posting at Kos I put it up here. Well,it is in invitation to respond.

Enough already.  You made your point. She is a HRC shill, she is "paid" (although that is pure conjecture) she is a "fraud", as some have said (no names so you don't embarrass yourself). What "fraud" has been committed? throwing charges like that with no backup is smear. And it is of a long time Democratic party supporter. To whose benefit is it  when you do that ?  "She only has talking points, she never discusses...blah blah blah"  You hate her style?
